Vision...Green and Sustainable Health

The standard solution suggested is to have health insurance.  At @ $500 a month per adult -- that can almost bankrupt a good portion of our population...especially those pushing at the senior edges of our days.

So what are our options? 

This blog will take a skeptic's view of conventional healthcare, and a naturalist's view of expectations and frugal alternatives. I'm a consumer of health care, just as you are, and I'll search for answers that help us all deal with the crisis in American health care systems ... and foster a bit more self reliance so that we can sleep a bit easier at night!

Our bodies are amazing health care recovery systems -- so we'll explore how the body heals itself...and how we can be good patients for our own internal doctor.  And how we can work with our doctors and therapists and food suppliers...etc, etc. etc. to keep our health in its natural condition of balance.

I'm always open to ideas, resources and questions.  We'll take this journey together.
